This Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions explains how Tirzo Quintero, a licensed Florida real estate agent (SL3604012) with DaltonWade Real Estate Group (“we,” “us,” or “Tirzo”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit TQReal.com (the “Site”) or contact us.
Information we collect
Information you provide. When you submit the contact form, message our chat assistant, or request a home valuation or appointment, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our analytics providers collect basic technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you, using cookies and similar technologies.
Our chat assistant
The Site offers an AI-powered chat assistant. Messages you send to the assistant are processed by a third-party AI service to generate responses, and may be forwarded to Tirzo so he can follow up with you. Please do not share sensitive personal or financial information through the chat.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you give your prior express written consent to receive marketing and automated (autodialed) text messages from us at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (up to 6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information or your SMS consent with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. We keep a record of your consent, including the date, time, and the form used, to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA).
SMS Terms and Conditions
- We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, share property and market updates, and notify you of schedule changes or other important updates related to your home search or our real estate services.
- You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at Tirzo@TQReal.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Email communications
We may send you marketing emails about properties, market updates, and our services. Every marketing email identifies us, includes a valid physical mailing address, and contains an unsubscribe link. We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. You can also ask us to stop emailing you at any time using the contact details below.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, provide real estate services, schedule appointments, follow up about properties or services you asked about, operate and improve the Site, and comply with our legal and professional obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. This applies to all visitors regardless of state of residence, including California residents. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us operate, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, appointment scheduling, the AI chat provider, website hosting, and analytics.
- DaltonWade Real Estate Group, our brokerage, as needed to provide real estate services.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect our legal rights.
